
PROPERTY MANAGEMENT
Our property management supervises the economic and technical management of residential and commercial buildings, whereby the scope can be agreed individually.
The administrative tasks may include the following services:
- Audit and evaluation of the accounts with regard to rents, leases, house fees, incidental costs and other usage fees.
- Handling of insurance benefits, cost refunds, rent deposits, etc.
- Approval and initiation of all operating costs
- Commissioning of all service providers required for proper management, and determination and monitoring of their activities
- Initiation and monitoring of all necessary ongoing maintenance and repair measures
As we are not allowed to provide legal and tax advice, but this advice is often necessary in addition to the services we provide, we cooperate with reputable and supraregional tax advisors, auditors and lawyers. This guarantees a comprehensive service up to the complete relief of the client. We are also glad to work together with the current consultants of our clients.
